Thank you for choosing our handmade shell earrings! We’re so glad you’re here. Please take a moment to read through the following before making your purchase — it helps us keep things fair, transparent, and respectful of the care and craft that go into every piece.

1. Natural Variation & Imagery

All our pieces are made from real shells and natural materials — no two are ever the same. This means the colour, texture, shape, or pattern of your earrings may differ slightly from product photos. These variations are part of what make each pair truly unique and special.

2. Handmade & Delicate

Each item is handmade and crafted with care, but natural materials like shells can be delicate. While we quality-check every piece before sending it to you, please handle them gently and avoid dropping, bending, or exposing them to water or harsh chemicals.

3. Cracks & Fragility

Due to the organic nature of shells, some pieces may contain natural imperfections such as tiny scratch lines or chips. Shells can be delicate and fragile, they can break easily if not handled with care, especially if dropped or knocked.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of the product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after the earrings have been worn.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assess and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

5. Packaging & Delivery

We use eco-friendly packaging and pack your earrings as securely and safely as possible. However, once your parcel has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit. We will always do our best to help if issues arise.

6. Limited Collections

Our designs are made in small, intentional batches to reduce waste and avoid taking too much from the environment. Once a collection is gone, it may not return — so if you love something, don’t wait too long!

1. How do I order custom shell earrings?

To order custom earrings, simply send me your shells! Check the “How to Order” section on my website or Instagram for full details on how to post them. Be sure to send a variety of shells (to give me creative freedom!) and ensure they’re wrapped safely for mailing.

2. How long will my custom order take to make and ship?

Custom orders typically take 5-7 business days to create. Once they’re made, shipping usually takes another 3-5 business days (depending on your location). Feel free to ask about your order’s progress or let us know about any timing concerns you have.

3. How should I care for my shell earrings?

To keep your earrings looking their best, avoid exposing them to water, perfume, or lotions. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use, and handle them with care as shells can be delicate.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been worn. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me right away so we can resolve it.

5. Can I see my custom earrings before they’re posted back to me?

Yes! I can send you photos of your custom earrings before posting them back for final approval. If you’d like to make any changes, we can do that, but please note that no refunds are available once you approve the design.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, I only offer shipping within the UK. However, if there is enough demand, we may offer international shipping in the future.

7. What if I want to order more than 10 pairs for a special event (like a wedding or party)?

Absolutely! I’d love to help create custom earrings for larger events. Just reach out to me with your ideas, and we can discuss the details.

Want your own holiday shells turned into jewellery? Here’s how to make it happen:

1. Check Before You Take

Before collecting shells, please make sure it’s legal and ethical to take them from the location. Many beaches have rules to protect local ecosystems.

2. Post Your Shells to Me

Contact me through Instagram or Email so I can send you the postage label link.

I use Evri Postage with a prepaid label to make things easy.

Wrap your shells safely — tissue paper, bubble wrap, or a small sturdy box work best. After purchase i will send you an Evri QR code. You will take it to your local Evri pick up where the label can be printed and the package sent off.

3. Send Plenty!

Please send a variety — even if you’ve picked specific pairs. Shells can be fragile, and not all will work. Sending more gives me creative freedom (and helps avoid heartbreak if one breaks mid-making!).

4. Design Process

You can share inspo pics or let me surprise you. I’m happy to show you designs before I post, or keep it a surprise, your choice!

No refunds once they’re made, but I’ll make sure they’re beautiful! - Please note after drilling shells will not be reversible or may break - do not send anything of sentimental value.

5. Final Touches

Your new earrings will be carefully boxed and posted back to you. Let me know if you’d like your leftover shells returned too.

6. Pricing & Quantities

Custom orders start at 3 pairs of earrings, with options for 5, 7, or 10 pairs. If you’re looking for a larger quantity (perfect for weddings, parties, or gifts), just send me a message to discuss.
